How might we foster team bonding and social interaction in an engaging and competitive search for "horcruxes"?

Horcrux Tracker is a live-action scavenger hunt app designed for team bonding in colleges and workplaces. Players are assigned AI-generated team roles such as Professor, Spell Breaker, and Auror, each with unique responsibilities critical to the mission. Together, they embark on an immersive adventure to track and find horcruxes, solving challenges and collaborating in real-time. By blending playful storytelling with teamwork, Horcrux Tracker creates a memorable bonding experience for groups.

The process began with a paper prototype to establish the layout of its core screens: Horcrux Inventory, Description of Horcrux, Clues, and MagiCall. The yellow-highlighted elements indicate key action buttons that drive user engagement.

Starting with paper prototypes allowed me to iterate quickly on the app's structure and interactions. Each screen was designed to provide intuitive navigation and visual hierarchy. After refining the paper prototype, I transitioned to digital wireframes, progressing from low to mid to high fidelity.
